Call For Speakers - Concealed Carry Expo 2021
Speaker and trainer proposals are now being accepted for the 2021 Concealed Carry Expo to be held in Nashville, TN. Be a part of the USCCA’s largest event, and the #1 destination for American Gun Owners by submitting your application today.
Speakers and trainers are encouraged to cover the many aspects of concealed carry, self-defense, home defense, firearms training, in their topics of presentation. All topic submissions will be reviewed and may be subject to change per the request of Show Management and the USCCA Training Division.
Opportunities are available for the following types of educational sessions. Please indicate on the application which type of presentation you plan to do for each topic submitted.
Seminar Presentations: Seminars presentations ideally last one hour. Additional time can be requested, but presentations space is very limited. All seminar presentations will take place in a ballroom setting with seating ranging from 80-100 attendees depending on room set. If you require a specific room set, please indicate that on the application. AV equipment will be available in each seminar room that includes a large display screen, projector, mic, and sound system. Seminar presentations are generally offered at no cost to expo attendees unless initially negotiated with the USCCA.
Main Demonstration Stages: The main demonstration stage is located on the exhibit hall floor with ample seating surrounding the stage. Presentations on the main demonstration stage are offered at no cost to attendees and range from 15-30 minutes in length. These demonstrations are interactive, involve movement and cover relevant topics to concealed carry, home-defense, self-defense, firearms training, etc.
Women’s Concealed Carry Showroom Demonstration Stage: The Women’s Concealed Carry Showroom Demonstration Stage is located inside the Women’s Concealed Carry Showroom on the exhibit hall floor. This space is dedicated to educating women in the industry about new products, training and education catered specifically to the female gun owner. Presentations inside this space can range from 15 minutes to one hour and topics covered must cater to the female gun owner.
All confirmed speakers will receive a complimentary full registration to the event and speakers and their organizations will benefit from significant exposure during the three-day event in event materials and marketing.
Please submit an application to speak by fully completing the form below. Speakers will be evaluated immediately upon the receipt of this form and selected speakers will be notified by October 1st, 2020. All deliverables requested below must be submitted with this form for speaker consideration.
All proposals are reviewed by Show Management and the USCCA Training Division to select the most relevant and engaging content for this event.
